Paul Johnson was born and raised in the 5th Ward of Houston, TX.  He joined the U.S.Air Force in 1971 at the age of 20 years old.  Soon after completion of military service he went to work for Hughes Aircraft (which became Raytheon Missile Systems) and retired after 30 years. Paul has been involved in music since the 4th grade and briefly majored in music at Pima College.  Music is his passion and he is an accomplished vocalist who has performed in several bands in the city.  He is also a professional deejay. He also has the distinction of being the first one in his family who has achieved a college education, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in 2000 and a Master's Degree in 2003. Paul is married with four children and four grandchildren.
