The Honorable Shirley C. Scott is serving her third term as the Ward IV Council Member for the City of Tucson. Council Member Scott was previously a member of the Governor’s Advisory Task Force working to improve outcomes for incarcerated women and their children.

 

As the former owner of a small business in the city Mrs. Scott is keenly aware of the issues, challenges that these critical contributors to our economy face, and continues to work to improve their ability to succeed.
